You might want to message Stephen who I know does trap and pony tours. He grew up on the island with his family who still lives there, so he would be a wealth of information. We went with him last August on his carriage ride and is a very polite young man. One of the best days of our Ireland trip was the day we spent in Inis Mor!
We are only back from Aran, we paid a 30e per person plus 10e a child, cost us 80e for 4 hours trip. We didn't booked over internet or phone, we just hop on it on the pier.
