No, you cannot drive down to the tea house. However, Milner Gardens does provide a shuttle cart to transport anyone down to the tea house and back. You need to be able to get to the entrance building, then there is a ramp down to the shuttle loading area, and the tea house has a ramp at the entrance door.

Hi, here is what I had on file. Afternoon Tea: 3.25 Tea with Dessert: 8.50 Tea with Scones and Devon Cream: 10.75 Full Afternoon High Tea: 19.95 (not available during Christmas Season) I think we paid $5 per person. I think that was the suggested donation that they make you pay...but it is worth it!
