The hike was fairly easy although the path is mainly small to mid sized rocks which are slippery in places. Foliage was interesting if you’re not from the Island. Sadly there was no waterfall. Just…Full review by Bill D

No. This is a dirt trail with roots and rocks that gets very slippery when wet. It is not a paved trail

If you drive there you only have to pay $5 to park and there is a small gift shop and shave ice that will be needed after the long hike

The closet spot is the lot at the top of the road where they charge $5. Some folk park below in the residential section, but it's a longer walk. The trail is rocky and slippery at spots, and rain there is very frequent. Wear good shoes for hiking and take your time. It's a beautiful walk all the way
