As the rollback and termination of diversity and inclusion initiatives continue, the fourth annual Fifteen Percent Pledge Gala successfully raised $3 million on Sunday, Feb. 2, 2025, to support black-owned businesses.

Ciara, Kim Kardashian, Kelly Rowland, Jesse Williams, Law Roach, Issa Rae, Amy Sherald and Mickalene Thomas were among the starry crowd lending support to the organization as political attacks on DEI rise.

To attend the momentous evening stars, stylists, and creatives including Kelly Rowland, June Ambrose, and more donned excellent ensembles.

On February 1, stars from entertainment, fashion, music, and film gathered at Paramount Studios for the Fifteen Percent Pledge gala.

The Fifteen Percent Pledge held its fourth annual gala on Saturday (Feb. 1) at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles. Hosted by Yvonne Orji, the organization gave out over $400,000 in grants to Black businesses and their founders— $50,000 for the Altadena Honoree Grant; $100,000 for the Sephora Beauty Grant, and $250,000 for the Achievement Award.

As has become tradition, guests like Kim Kardashian, Teyana Taylor, and Keke Palmer followed a "Black Tie, Black Designer" dress code at the fourth annual event.
