"I'm an upper in the streets and a Downer in the sheets." Debbie Downer is back, and she's worse than ever. Rachel Dratch revived her most iconic Saturday Night Live character during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

But the character I get the most comments on still to this day is Debbie Downer. Everyone seems to know someone like her. I think a Debbie Downer actually lives within me too—I just have a better edit button!
