After parting ways with Mark DeLeone, the Baltimore Ravens have officially hired Tyler Santucci as linebacker coach

The Ravens are hiring Tyler Santucci to be their new linebackers coach, per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. Santucci, 36, was most recently the defensive coordinator at Georgia Tech. He was the defensive coordinator at Duke the year before, and the co-defensive coordinator and linebackers coach at Texas A&M in 2022.

The Ravens are pulling from the college ranks to fill a hole on their coaching staff. Baltimore is hiring Georgia Tech defensive coordinator Tyler Santucci as its linebackers coach, the NFL Network reported Saturday.

Baltimore officially announced the hiring of Tyler Santucci as the team’s new linebacker coach. Santucci, 36, was a former star at Valley High School in New Kensington. Santucci served as Georgia Tech’s defensive coordinator this past season, after filling the same role at Duke the year before.

Santucci will have a talented inside linebacker corps to work with, led by three-time All-Pro Roquan Smith. Santucci will also be largely in charge of the development of ascending third-year linebacker Trenton Simpson, who the team has high expectations for after he started the first 13 games of last season.
