Jake Resnicow, one of OUT100 's Most Influential LGBTQ People of the Year, is producing the festival in partnership with Capital Pride and Club Glow, a subsidiary of Insomniac Events. It will take place during WorldPride, a three-week, multi-venue event in DC.
