A Marion County Grand Jury found two Salem Police officers justified in the fatal shooting of a 42-year-old man on River Road in late January.

Officers Chad Galusha and John Diaz shot 42-year-old Shawn Baker around 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 22 in the Laurel Gate Court Apartments in Salem near the border with Keizer, hitting him three times, the Marion County District Attorney’s Office said in a statement.
