Patti Smith – has revealed a short run of tour dates celebrating the 50th anniversary of her 1975 debut album, ‘Horses,’ with dates scheduled in the US, UK, and Europe.

Feb. 11 (UPI) -- Patti Smith announced an upcoming tour to commemorate the 50th anniversary of her iconic album Horses. The news comes just weeks after Smith, 78, paused a performance in Brazil amid "post-migraine dizziness," Rolling Stone reports.

Patti Smith just announced she’s embarking on a ‘Horses 50th Anniversary Tour’ to celebrate her seminal 1975 debut album with the same name. Toward the end of the international run, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee is slated to make a pair of stops at New York’s Beacon Theatre on Friday, Nov. 21 and Saturday, Nov. 22.

Smith, 78, will be backed for the full album performances by guitarist Lenny Kaye and drummer Jay Dee Daugherty, both of whom played on the John Cale-produced Horses, as well as longtime bassist/keyboardist Tony Shanahan and her son Jackson on guitar.
