HOLLAND, Mich. — The 96th annual Tulip Time Parade will feature a new safety-focused route this year, designed to address growing concerns about parade security and improve event logistics.
In a new addition this year, Hudsonville Ice Cream will hand out ice cream bars before and after the parade, while supplies last. The 96th Annual Tulip Time Festival will run May 2-11.
