The Five' co-host Judge Jeanine Pirro discusses Attorney General Pam Bondi's vow to hold New York accountable for sanctuary policies with a new lawsuit alleging the state failed to comply with the administration's crackdown on immigration.

The new lawsuit comes after the U.S. government filed litigation against Illinois, the city of Chicago and Cook County.

Bondi said the lawsuit zeroed in on a law preventing the Department of Motor Vehicles from sharing information it gathers about noncitizens.
