Watertown PD: Georgia teen accused of kidnapping teenage girl
An 18-year-old Georgia man has been charged with allegedly abducting a teenage girl from Watertown for sexual purposes. Watertown Police accused Keller Singleton of Rome, Ga. of a felony charge of first-degree kidnapping.
