Police in South Jersey identified a pedestrian killed in a hit-and-run crash on the Black Horse Pike as a 40-year-old Atlantic City resident. Alisha Cottman was hit around 8 p.m. near the Economy Inn in Egg Harbor Township’s West Atlantic City City section Tuesday night, according to police.
