A demonstration at Los Angeles City Hall has shut down a portion of Spring Street in downtown on Saturday, police said. Protesters in opposition to the Trump administration’s deportations and stance on immigration have flocked to downtown LA for a second weekend in a row.

A scuffle broke out, and a 17-year-old wound up on the ground in Grand Park, bleeding from an apparent stab wound.

Protesters swarmed the Spring and Main street overpasses of the 101 Freeway, with police on standby to prevent them from trying to walk onto the highway.
