Country pop singer Kelsea Ballerini will perform twice in Pennsylvania in the next week. She will perform on Friday, Feb. 7, at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, and on Monday, Feb. 10, at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.
