New land development by Colorado Springs may dry out farmland in the Lower Arkansas River Valley, according to experts.

The SPC has all of us in a Level 1 risk for some stronger to severe storms just like yesterday. At the least, this system looks to continue to add to the impressive rainfall totals this week already.
