An Alabama woman who said she was raped by rappers Jay-Z and Sean “Diddy” Combs when she was 13 has withdrawn her civil lawsuit against both men.
The accuser’s attorney wrote that the lawsuit is “voluntarily dismissed with prejudice,” meaning it cannot be refiled.
