As of 7 a.m. Wednesday, the Russian River in Guerneville had risen above 36 feet, entering the moderate flood stage, where waters typically inundate the Mirabel RV Park & Campground in Forestville. Multiple businesses and homes in low-lying areas likely experienced flooding. It’s unclear if the river has peaked in Guerneville.
