According to a report published in Sacnilk, Deva has been maintaining a steady hold at the box office. After minting Rs 2.4 crores on day 5 (first Tuesday), Deva has reportedly maintained Rs 2.4 crores once again on day 6 (first Wednesday) which took the overall collections of the movie to Rs 26.7 crores

Deva is a remake of Rosshan’s 2013 Malayalam film Mumbai Police, which had Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead role. Shahid plays ACP Dev Ambre, a man who loses his memory while trying to solve his best friend’s murder. Pooja plays his lover, a reporter called Diya Sathaye. Pavail Gulati and Kubbra Sait also play key roles in it.

On seven day, Deva has grossed ₹28.04 crore in India, despite a steep decline in earnings. The film, featuring Shahid Kapoor, Pooja Hegde, and Pavail Gulati, is directed by Rosshan Andrews and is based on the Malayalam film Mumbai Police.
