Authorities called for evacuations south of UC San Diego after a fire erupted Thursday afternoon. A second fast-moving fire has also broken out in Otay Mountain area. Evacuations were ordered for neighborhoods between North Torrey Pines Road and La Jolla Parkway off La Jolla Scenic Drive North.
