The Lucas County commissioners voted Wednesday to appoint Dave Blyth director of LC4 and Chief Lucas County Dog Warden. Blyth was previously at LC4 from 1981-2008.
Dave Blyth will serve as head of the county's dog pound alongside deputy director Terra Bundy as they try to move on from the organization's past controversies.
