Chip Kelly is back in the NFL as the former head coach is joining the Las Vegas Raiders as their offensive coordinator. What's more, they are making him the highest-paid coordinator in the league, averaging $6 million per year,

Kelly is returning to the NFL for the second time. He was previously the head coach for the Philadelphia Eagles and the San Francisco 49ers, holding a 28-35 record combined in both stints. Former USC Trojans coach Pete Carroll has plenty of familiarity with Chip Kelly as the two once coached against each other in the PAC-10 conference when Kelly led the Oregon Ducks.

The Las Vegas Raiders hired Chip Kelly from Ohio State on Sunday to be the next offensive coordinator, and the coach may have his eye on a few of his former players in the 2025 NFL Draft.
