No. 2 Duke wasted no time asserting control in its 87-70 victory over North Carolina on Saturday night at Cameron Indoor Stadium. The Blue Devils (19-2, 11-0 ACC) jumped out to a 16-0 run early and led by as many as 30, overwhelming the Tar Heels (13-10, 6-5 ACC) with size and sharp shooting.

Maliq Brown, the 6-9 transfer forward from Syracuse, is in uniform and available to play after missing Duke’s last four games with a sprained knee. The last time Brown played was Jan. 11, when he was on the court for less than a minute before suffering the injury.
