Aug 9, 2023 · I don't have any incite, but my best guess is that Del Taco in Huntsville was more of a "we're looking into and/or going to expand to the area", but real estate has yet to be selected/purchased. Same situation for Melting Pot & another restaurant that may finally be close to securing (or has already secured) real estate.

Had del taco in Orlando last year. It’s uh, not that good, id eat there if the group wanted to and I wouldn’t protest but otherwise, I’ll pass. Especially when compared to the amazing mom and pop or other restaurants that serve actual Hispanic food.
