I finally spoke to someone at Virgin Media last week (Jeff) who understands the problem and he was very helpful. But he got called away for a meeting. He said he would call the next day, but he didn't, and he hasn't been in touch since. To make matters worse, when I phone to ask to give him a message to call me they say it's 'impossible'!

My account now works but to login to My Virgin Media and Virgin email I have to log in with my Outlook identity plus my new Virgin password. The identity ******@ntlworld is not recognised. Once logged in everything else works as normal.

Hi there, I find it impossible to contact virgin media, I’ve called them, the AI that talks doesn’t give me an option for the issue I have so that’s useless, no way of speaking to a real human. I have then tried virgin media’s virtual assistant, it says to contact them on WhatsApp, I’ve asked for help on there but no response.

For a couple of weeks we have been getting regular phone calls on 0800 052 1251. I’ve taken a couple of these calls but they seem a bit suspect. They claim to be from Virgin Media Sales and are saying something along the lines of ‘I am due to have my package reviewed’ although it was very hard to understand the caller’s accent.
