LEO Services - Carroll County Sheriff’s Office
LEOSA qualification is for CCSO retired or current employed Sheriff’s Office personnel only. The Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act of 2004 allows qualified active and retired law enforcement officers to carry a concealed firearm nationwide.
