As a Pennsylvania transplant living in Southern California, I can confidently say Pennsylvanians would be better off with legal recreational use. The tax revenue alone would benefit State coffers immensely. I mean you buy booze at a state store, they already have a distribution system set up for recreational purchases.🤷🏼‍♂️

Marijuana isn’t called out specifically in federal law and called illegal, it’s illegal because of how it’s scheduled. Re or De scheduling it would change that. Making it schedule 3, for instance, would instantly make all medical uses legal.

May 11, 2020 · If it’s a PCP they will diagnose and and sign off. If it’s a certification center they only sign off if you have a diagnosis already. The PA Medical Marijuana website has a list of PCP’s and Certification centers by county. I’m in Chester County and I had some trouble finding a PCP that would take new patients looking to get their card.
